HOW TO RETURN ITEM IN LAZADA?

1. Open up your email and search for the order confirmation email sent to you by Lazada Malaysia

2. Once you have found the order confirmation email, click on Order Details then click on Returns and Refunds (located at the lower left-hand corner of the page)

3.  Copy and paste your Order Number into the box to the right and click on Proceed

4. Under the Product Return section, select the product/s you are returning from your order by clicking on the Dropdown arrow located next to “Choose your return reason”

5. Select whether you want a refund or replacement for your returned item(s) under Product Return Requirement. If you want a replacement, you may select the preferred color and size of your desired item(s).

6. The original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount if:

a) You receive a refund for items returned by you within 7 days upon delivery and

b) The products returned by you does not match those that were delivered

7. Once you have made all your selections, click on Get Return Label to proceed with the return process

8. Enter your details under “Your Details” section and click on Proceed

9. You will then be forwarded to an email confirmation page (your return label is attached as a file along with this email). Download and print the return label

10. Affix the printed label on your product’s package and drop off at any “Pack & Send” store or get a courier service to collect it for you (for more details, click here )

11. Upon processing of your return, Lazada Malaysia will send you an email notification for your transaction status within 3 working days
